We'll review your inquiry, and if it aligns with our services, we'll schedule a walkthrough.

Walkthroughs are $125, which will be deducted from your final invoice upon hiring us.

Following the walkthrough, Caleb will send you a detailed estimate for the job.

Upon acceptance of the estimate, a 20% retainer is required, and you'll be added to our schedule.

Important Information to Keep in Mind:
- We are scheduling remodeling jobs approximately five weeks from the retainer payment.
- Due to market volatility, we do not provide material cost estimates upfront. The final bill will include the cost of materials with a 25% markup.
- If you prefer, you can purchase your materials and supply them for installation. Please coordinate this with Caleb.
- Payments are requested via ACH transfer. If you prefer to pay by credit card, we can arrange that with a 3% service fee added to the invoice.
What We Don't Offer:
- Additions to existing structures
- Large-scale remodels require permits and extensive modifications to load-bearing walls or roofs.
