Gary, removed the drain and the tub water level plate to find that the caulking around the plate had pretty much dissolved. The extra water dripping from the faucet was getting into the plate area of the tub. Gary re-caulked this for us. Further, he snaked the tub to make sure the drain was clear and water was flowing correctly. Again, Gary takes his time to investigate the concern and then finds the issue. Gary is very soft spoken, very quiet, has a professional appearance all the time, and will give you the confidence you need when a contractor is in your home.
